This is the kids playing at the fountains at our local pool, they have balanced a ball in the fountain. Today was a horrible day very overcast so my pic was a bit dark where they are playing cause of the shade covers and the pool was so bright I had to tweak a lot to get it to look ok'ish still not completely happy with it so I'll take another shot at the pools soon as we are there everyday with the kids having swimming lessons.
I like the fact that there are tons of things to look at in this picture, lines and shapes everywhere, it's a while before I even fully notice the children playing which all adds the feeling of mania which I find accompanies any scene involving children and fountains.

ReplyDeleteI like pictures like this. There's so much going on and so many questions to ask. Suck as when will the bin get emptied, is that a police woman sitting with her back to you and why haven't two of your kids got HATS ON!!!!

ReplyDeleteI started off wishing you had cropped closer to the ball. But then I noticed as the others did, all the other interesting things happening around the scene. Well done on controlling the light and shadows.
