Ok this is the best DOF I have taken so I hope you like it and I added a close up of the ball for those that wanted to see it and in the second one I had a play with some new software lots of fun :)
Great shallow DOF shot! Nice one. The boys look like they are having fun! My kids wear the same swimming hats here. If you let your kids step out of the shade without a hat on in Perth, you are almust tut-tutted at for being the most awful parent there is! Looks like it's that way round your neck of the woods too. Slip, Slop, Slap!
The ball one looks great too, especially the second one with that zoom feeling.
Nice after effect on that ball. Fun to see those hats, an Australian friend bought me one for my sun some years ago. Beautiful kid btw, and I like the crop on that first shot!
Good job getting the DOF right! Those little hats are a good idea to keep the sun off. I like the ball photo that you made too :)
